1. About These Terms

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Crestmont website at crestmon.biz and the terms under which you may enrol in or engage with our financial education programmes. Crestmont is operated from 77 High Street, #09-06, High Street Centre, Singapore 179433.

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any disputes arising from them will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.

2. Nature of Our Services

Crestmont provides financial education programmes. Our services are educational in nature and do not constitute financial advice, investment advice, legal advice, or any form of regulated financial service. Nothing in our programmes, materials, or communications should be interpreted as a recommendation to buy, sell, hold, or otherwise act in relation to any financial product or instrument.

Participants are responsible for their own financial decisions. We strongly encourage all participants to consult appropriately licensed financial advisers before acting on anything they have learned through our programmes.

3. Programme Enrolment

Enrolment in any Crestmont programme is subject to availability and to a brief pre-enrolment conversation to assess fit. We reserve the right to decline enrolment where we do not believe a programme is appropriate for a particular individual.

Programme fees are quoted in Singapore Dollars and are inclusive of all session costs and materials described in the programme overview. Payment terms will be confirmed at the time of enrolment.

4. Cancellation and Rescheduling

If you need to withdraw from a programme after enrolment, the following applies:

• Cancellations made more than fourteen days before the programme commences: full refund of fees paid
• Cancellations made between seven and fourteen days before commencement: 50% refund of fees paid
• Cancellations made fewer than seven days before commencement: no refund, except at our discretion in exceptional circumstances

If you are unable to attend a scheduled session within a programme, please notify us in advance. Written summaries of missed sessions will be provided. We do not offer refunds for individual missed sessions.

Crestmont reserves the right to reschedule or cancel a programme if minimum participant numbers are not reached or in circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, participants will receive a full refund of fees paid or the option to transfer to a future cohort.

5. Intellectual Property

All materials provided as part of Crestmont programmes — including reference guides, worksheets, frameworks, and any written content — remain the intellectual property of Crestmont. Participants are licensed to use these materials for their own personal and non-commercial purposes only.

You may not reproduce, distribute, adapt, or share these materials publicly without our prior written consent. This restriction includes uploading materials to any online platform or sharing them in a group or organisational context without permission.

6. Website Use

You may use this website for lawful purposes only. You may not use it in any way that disrupts the website's operation, attempts to gain unauthorised access to any part of the website, or violates any applicable law or regulation.

We make reasonable efforts to ensure the accuracy of information on this website but do not warrant that all content is complete, current, or free from error. We may update, amend, or remove content at any time without notice.

7. Limitation of Liability

Our programmes are educational. We do not accept responsibility for outcomes arising from any financial decisions made by participants following or based on programme content.
